Do you ship outside the UK?
Unfortunately, at the moment I am only able to offer UK shipping due to the complications of being a starting small business of just one person and the change in trade rules (Dec 2024) regarding the EU.
If you are outside the UK and interested in any of my products, contact me personally as shipping outside the Uk can still be possible on a case by case situation. Also look out for any digital products such as pdf downloads of comics available!
When will my order be shipped
I will ship orders within 3-4 days of order placement.
How long will shipping take?
For now I will be using Royal mail 2nd class delivery which is estimated for 2-3 working days.
Why is shipping a fixed cost?
Shipping cost is fixed at £3, please order items in one order to avoid paying more shipping than required.
Shipping cost includes packaging supplies, handling fees and postage.
What do I do if there’s a problem with my order?
Get in contact with me at masonwillustration@gmail.com or via the contact form below. I’ll need your order number and description of the issue.
I am not liable for the input of wrong addresses.
Refunds and exchange policy
I do not except refunds or exchanges. (refunds are case by case but not guarenteed)
